The ADMV4630BCPZN is a Ku-band upconverter optimised for a variety of satellite communications (SATCOM) user terminals operating in the frequency range of 14.0 GHz to 14.5 GHz. it can be generated internally with an on-chip integer N-tap frequency synthesizer (INT). The internal frequency synthesiser has LO frequency coverage from 8.7 GHz to 10.7 GHz. input intermediate frequency (IF) signals in the 3 GHz to 5 GHz range are upconverted to RF signals from 14.0 GHz to 14.5 GHz. Available in a compact, thermally enhanced, 6 mm × 6 mm, 40-pin leadframe chip-scale package (LFCSP), the ADMV4630 operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
