The HMC1161LP5ETR is a single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with half-frequency output that integrates a resonator, negative resistor device, and varactor diode. The oscillator's single-chip construction results in excellent output power and phase noise performance over the temperature range. The output power is 11 dBm (typical) with a 5 V supply voltage. The VCO is available in a RoHS-compliant LFCSP package, eliminating the need for external matching components.
