The ADMV1013ACCZ is a wideband microwave upconverter optimized for point-to-point microwave radio designs operating in the radio frequency (RF) range of 24 GHz to 44 GHz in a 40-terminal banked grid array (LGA) package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The baseband I/Q input path can be disabled and complex modulated IF signals in the IF path can be inserted at frequencies in the 0.8 GHz to 6.0 GHz range and upconverted to 24 GHz to 44 GHz while suppressing unwanted modulation. The baseband I/Q input path can be disabled, and complex modulated IF signals with frequencies in the 0.8 GHz to 6.0 GHz range can be inserted into the IF path and upconverted to 24 GHz to 44 GHz while suppressing unwanted sidebands, typically by better than 26 dBc.
