The ADF5904ACPZ is a 4-channel, 24 GHz receiver downconverter that meets the requirements of automotive-grade applications. Each channel contains a single-ended RF input with integrated on-chip balun, back-connected to a differential low noise amplifier (LNA), and down-converting mixer with integrated differential output buffer, an RF LO path, and on-chip balun registers controlled via a simple three-wire interface. 

The ADF5904ACPZ features 22dB of Rx channel gain, 10dB of noise figure, -8dBm to +5dBm LO input range, 30dB of Rx-to-IF isolation, and an RF signal bandwidth of 250 MHz. The ADF5904 receiver down-converters are available in a compact, 32-pin, 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP package, making them particularly well-suited for automotive radar, industrial radar and microwave (µW) radar sensors.
