The AWR6443ABGABLQ1 is an integrated, single-chip millimetre-wave sensor based on FMCW radar technology, capable of operating in the 60-GHz to 64-GHz band. It is fabricated using Texas Instruments' low-power 45nm RFCMOS process, which provides unprecedented integration in an extremely small form factor. This is an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-precise radar systems in the automotive sector. Several automotive-compliant variants are available including functional safety-compliant devices and non-functional safety devices.
