The AWRL1432BDBAAMFRQ1 is an integrated single-chip millimeter wave sensor based on FMCW radar technology. The AWRL1432 is designed for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-accurate radar systems in the automotive sector for applications such as blind spot monitoring, kick opening, parking assistance and door obstruction detection.
The device operates in the 76GHz to 81GHz band and is divided into four power domains (RF/analog subsystem, Front-end Controller Subsystem (FECSS), Application subsystem (APPSS), and Hardware Accelerator (HWA)). The AWRL1432 is designed to be individually controlled for each power domain, so its state (power-on or power-off) can be controlled according to the use case requirements.
