Product Description

The AWRL1432BBAAMFRQ1 is an integrated single-chip millimeter wave sensor based on FMCW radar technology. The device is capable of operating in the 76GHz to 81GHz band and is divided into four power domains (RF/analog subsystem, Front-end Controller Subsystem (FECSS), Application subsystem (APPSS), and Hardware Accelerator (HWA)).


The AWRL1432 is specifically designed to be individually controlled for each of these power domains, so its state (power-on or power-off) can be controlled according to the use case requirements.


FMCW Transceiver:

- Integrated PLL, transmitter, receiver, baseband and ADC

- Coverage range from 76GHz to 81GHz with continuous bandwidth of 5GHz

- 3 receiving channels and 2 sending channels

- Short distance

- Typical output power per Tx is 11dBm

- 14dB typical noise figure

Typical phase noise at 1MHz is -89dBc/Hz

- The FMCW runs

- 5MHz IF bandwidth, only real part Rx channel

- Ultra-accurate LFM pulse engine based on fractional NPLL
