The AWR1843ABGABLQ1 is an integrated single-chip FMCW radar sensor capable of operating in the 76-GHz to 81-GHz band. The device is fabricated using Texas Instruments' low-power 45 nm RFCMOS process, which provides unprecedented integration in an extremely small form factor.The AWR1843ABGABLQ1 is an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-accurate radar systems.The AWR1843ABGABLQ1 is a stand-alone, single-chip solution for FMCW radar sensors that simplifies implementation of automotive radar sensors in the 76 to 81 GHz band. It is fabricated using Texas Instruments' low-power 45 nm RFCMOS process, enabling monolithic implementation of 3TX, 4RX systems with built-in PLL and ADC converters.
