Description:
The ADAQ4370-4 is a four-channel Precision Data Acquisition (DAQ) signal-chain μmodule solution that shorens the development cycle of precision measurement systems by shifting the signal-chain design challenges of component selection, optimization, and layout from the designer to the device.
The ADAQ4370-4 uses system level Package (SIP) technology to integrate multiple common signal processing and conditioning modules into a single device, thereby reducing the number of end-system components. These modules include a four-channel, high-resolution 16-bit, 2 MSPS synchronously sampled SAR ADC, a low-noise, fully differential ADC driver amplifier, a 3.3V precision reference voltage source, a low-noise buffer amplifier, and a low-differential linear regulator.
The ADAQ4370-4 features an on-chip oversampling module to improve dynamic range and reduce noise at lower bandwidths. Oversampling can increase the extra resolution by up to two bits. It provides the flexibility to configure the ADC driver feedback loop, allows for four gain and attenuation adjustments, and accepts either fully differential or single-ended to differential input configurations.
