The ADAQ4380-4 is a quad 16-bit precision data acquisition (DAQ) μModule system.

The ADAQ4380-4BBCZ Synchronous Sampling μModule data acquisition solution consists of the following components:

• A four-channel high resolution 16-bit, 4 MSPS synchronous sampling SAR ADC

• Low noise, fully differential ADC driver

• A precision 3.3V reference voltage

• Low noise buffer amplifier

• Low noise, low pressure difference linear regulator

• And key passive components needed to achieve optimized signal chain performance


The ADAQ4380-4 is a four-channel, 16-bit Precision Data Acquisition (DAQ) μModule® system that shortenes the development cycle of high-precision measurement systems by transferring the signal chain design challenge of the designer's selection, optimization, and layout of components to the device.


The ADAQ4380-4 uses system level packaging (SIP) technology to reduce the number of end-system components by combining multiple common signal processing and conditioning modules into a single suite. The device has an on-chip oversampling module that improves dynamic range and reduces noise at lower bandwidths. The module increases the resolution by up to two digits.


The ADAQ4380-4 is designed with a configurable ADC driver stage that provides the user with optional gain or attenuation Settings. The ADAQ4380-4 can be configured in a fully differential or single-ended to differential input configuration.

Integrated high-precision reference voltage source with a maximum drift of 5 ppm/oC

Gain error: 0.005% (typical)

Gain drift: 1 ppm/°C (typical)

Support for integrated internal buffers generated by VCM

An integrated fully differential ADC driver that supports signal expansion

Wide input common model circumference

High common mode rejection

Single-ended to differential conversion

Pin optional input range with overrange

Input range: ±2V, ±3.3V, ±5.5V, ±11V

Gain/attenuation: G = 0.3, 0.6, 1.0 and 1.6

High speed serial interface

8mm x 8mm, 0.8mm pitch, 81-pin CSP_BGA package
