Industry's Lowest Qrr: At 150V, the IPT025N15NM6 has the industry's lowest Qrr, improving EMI performance.

Improved Diode Softness: Compared to OptiMOS™ 5, the IPT025N15NM6 has improved diode softness to help reduce overshoot.
