The LMR66410MC5RXBRQ1 is an automotive 36V, 1A synchronous buck converter with a 1.5uA IQ and low EMI. Enhanced HotRod QFN package. The easy-to-use converter supports a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 36V (after startup or operation) and supports transient voltages up to 42V.
The LMR66410-Q1 is designed to meet the low standby power requirements of normally open automotive applications. Automatic mode allows frequency rewinding during light load operation, achieving a typical no-load current consumption of 1.5µA (input voltage of 13.5V) and high light load efficiency. Seamless conversion between PWM and PFM modes and ultra-low MOSFET on-resistance ensure excellent efficiency across the entire load range. The control architecture (peak current mode) and feature set are optimized for ultra-small design sizes with ultra-small output capacitors. The device minimizes the input filter size by using dual random spread frequency (DRSS), low EMI enhanced HotRod QFN package, and optimized pin arrangement. The MODE/SYNC pin can be used to set or synchronize frequencies to avoid noise sensitive bands. There are NC pins between the key high voltage pins to reduce potential failures (excellent pin FMEA). The rich functionality of the LMR66410-Q1 is designed to simplify the implementation of various automotive terminal equipment.
