The TPS54622RHLT is a synchronous SWIFT™ buck converter introduced by Texas Instruments, featuring a thermally enhanced 3.5mm × 3.5mm VQFN package, suitable for high-power-density applications such as industrial automation, communication equipment, and consumer electronics. The device operates with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 17V, delivers a continuous output current of 6A, and integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs, significantly reducing the number of external components.
