Instructions:
The TRF37x32 is a wideband dual-channel downconversion mixer with an integrated IF amplifier. The device uses an integrated balanced-unbalanced transformer for single-ended RF and LO inputs. If amplifiers operate from 30MHz to 600MHz in the open collector topology, supporting a variety of IF frequencies and bandwidths. The TRF37x32 provides excellent mixer linearity and noise performance, as well as good isolation between channels for use in a variety of applications. The device features low power consumption, in addition to providing low power mode options for power-sensitive applications. Each channel can be scaled down individually and respond quickly, making it ideal for time domain duplex (TDD) applications.
