The STWLC99JR is a QI-compliant inductive wireless charging power receiver chip for 100 W applications.

Overview:

The STWLC99 is a highly integrated wireless power receiver chip for applications with output power up to 100 W. The chip is designed to support the Qi 1.3 inductive communication protocol specification, as well as the Fast Charge Extended Power Profile (EPP) and ST's proprietary Supercharge (STSC) protocol.

STWLC99 built-in low loss synchronous rectifier and low voltage drop linear regulator for high efficiency and low power consumption.

The user can access and modify the configuration parameters of the custom application through the I2C interface, and the final configuration parameters are stored in the built-in finite subprogrammable (FTP) non-volatile memory and automatically retrieved at power-on.

The device can also be used as a wireless transmitter with transmission power up to 25 W (depending on the coil used)

The device is packaged on a chip scale and is suitable for space-limited applications, effectively reducing the amount of material.
