PSoC™ 4 HVMS (Latest Release):

Based on ARM® Cortex®-M0+, with 128KB flash memory + 16KB SRAM

Supports direct connection to 12V automotive batteries, reducing the need for external power modules

Integrated fifth-generation CAPSENSE™ touch technology, suitable for automotive HMI (e.g., steering wheel detection, door handle sensing)

Compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL-B standards, operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C


PSOC™ Control C3 (Motor Control and Power Conversion):

ARM® Cortex®-M33 core, 180MHz clock speed

Supports wide bandgap (SiC/GaN) power devices, suitable for motor drives and solar inverters

Integrated high-resolution PWM (<100ps) and CORDIC accelerator for optimized real-time control


2. AURIX™ Series (Automotive Functional Safety MCU)

Suitable for ADAS, electronic control units (ECU), and battery management systems (BMS)

Compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL-D highest safety level

Typical models: TC2xx, TC3xx series


3. XMC™ Series (Industrial Control MCUs)

XMC1000 (Cortex®-M0): Low-cost motor control, smart sensors

XMC4000 (Cortex®-M4): Integrated EtherCAT®, suitable for industrial automation, PLC

XMC7000 (Latest): AI acceleration, optimized for edge computing


4. TRAVEO™ Series (Automotive Instrumentation and Body Control)  

Suitable for digital instrument clusters and body control modules (BCM)  

Supports 2D/3D graphics acceleration, enhancing HMI experience
