The STSPIN820 is a stepper motor driver integrated in a small 4 x 4 mm QFN package with control logic and low RDSon power levels.
The integrated controller implements PWM current control with fixed OFF time and microstep resolution to 1/256th of the step.
You can force the device to enter a low power state.
The device provides a complete set of protection devices, including current overload protection, high temperature protection and short circuit protection.
