Description

TJA1120AHN is NXP's 1000BASE-T1 PHY, which can extend the speed level of automotive Ethernet to 1Gbps. This device adopts a compact package HVQFN36 (6x6mm), making it suitable for space-constrained applications. This PHY is compatible with TJA1103. The assembly options designed for the platform are equipped with optimized PHY products, supporting data rates of 100Mbps or 1Gbps. TJA1120AHN supports both shielded (STP) and unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable applications. This PHY is developed in accordance with the ISO26262 standard and complies with the ASIL B security level. TJA1120AHN integrates wake-up forwarding functionality that complies with the OPEN Alliance TC-10 standard via an Ethernet data cable.
