Brief Introduction

The ADL5562ACPZ is a high-performance 3.3GHz differential amplifier specifically optimized for RF and IF applications. This amplifier offers low noise of 2.1 nV/√Hz over a wide frequency range and excellent distortion performance, making it an ideal choice for driving 8-16-bit high-speed ADCs. The ADL5562ACPZ can offer three selectable gains through pin Settings, namely 6db, 12db and 15.5db. When configured single-ended, its gains decreased to 5.6db, 11.1db and 14.1db respectively. An external series input resistor can flexibly expand the gain setting of the amplifier, achieving any gain ranging from 0 to 15.5dB. The typical quiescent current of ADL5562ACPZ is 80mA, and the current consumption is less than 3mA when disabled. It has excellent isolation performance between the input and output. The wideband performance and low distortion performance of ADL5562ACPZ have been optimized. Coupled with its adjustable gain, it can be used in general IF and wideband applications where low distortion, low noise and low power consumption characteristics are very critical.


In addition, the ADL5562ACPZ is manufactured using ADI's high-speed SiGe process and is packaged in a 3mm × 3mm, 16-pin LFCSP compact package. Its operating temperature range is from -40 °C to +85°C.
