Product description

The ADUM263N1BRIZ is a 6-channel digital isolator that adopts ADI's iCoupler® technology. This isolation device integrates high-speed, complementary metal-oxy-semiconductor (CMOS) with single-chip air-core transformer technology, and has outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternative devices such as optocouplers and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay of the ADUM263N1BRIZ isolator is 7.2 ns, and the pulse width distortion is less than 4.5 ns at 5 V. It has a strict inter-channel matching of 4.0ns (maximum value) propagation delay.


The ADUM263N1BRIZ data channel is an independent channel, offering multiple configuration options and capable of withstanding a voltage rating of 5.0kV rms. This device can operate on a power supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V, is compatible with low-voltage systems, and is capable of achieving voltage conversion across isolation barriers.


Unlike other optocouplers, it can ensure that there is no DC correctness during input logic conversion. The ADUM263N1BRIZ offers two different fail-safe options. When the input power is not in use, the output switches to the preset state.
