K32W061/41: High-performance, Ultra-Low Power Security Microcontroller Overview:

The K32W061/41 portfolio is designed to feature a new generation of ultra-low current multi-protocol wireless devices with support for Zigbee/Thread/IEEE 802.15.4 and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0. The portfolio includes multiple low-power modes and ultra-low transmit and receive power consumption, which enables iot products equipped with the K32W061/41 to have longer battery life. The K32W061/41 features high reception sensitivity and configurable transmit output power for reliable and robust connection performance.

The K32W061/41 portfolio features an Arm®Cortex®M4 MCU with 640 KB of flash memory and 152 KB of SRAM, providing enough space and flexibility for complex applications and over-the-air (OTA) upgrades without the need for external memory. These devices also include a rich set of MCU peripherals and multiple serial communication interfaces for embedded connectivity applications, as well as a four-way serial flash memory controller SPIFI that can be used to expand non-volatile memory.
