The LTC2387IUH-18 is an 18-bit, 15Msps Successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for high linearity, low noise applications . The LTC2387IUH-18 is available in a 32-pin QFN package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C for high stability and reliability .
The LTC2387IUH-18 combines excellent linear and dynamic range, making it ideal for high-speed imaging and instrumentation applications. Delay-free operation provides a unique solution for high-speed control loop applications. Very low truth-loss at high input frequencies is realized for communication applications requiring wide dynamic range and large signal bandwidth.
To support high-speed operation while minimizing the number of data lines, the LTC2387IUH-18 has a serial LVDS digital interface. The LVDS interface has both single-track and dual-track output modes, allowing users to optimize the interface data rate for each application.
