The AD8139ARDZ is an integrated differential receiver amplifier designed to drive high-speed ADCs. Using ADI's patented XFCB process, the AD8139ARDZ supports a wide bandwidth from DC to 1.6GHz while maintaining ultra-low distortion (-90dBc SFDR @ 70MHz). The AD8139ARDZ is available in a compact, 8-pin SOIC package (RDZ suffix), combining high integration with ease of use.
