Overview:

The HD3SS3212-Q1 is a high-speed bidirectional passive switch in a multiplexer or multiplex signal separator configuration. It is suitable for USB Type-C™ applications that support USB 3.2 Generation 1 and Generation 2 data rates. The SEL control pin switches between two differential channels (port B to port A or port C to port A).

The HD3SS3212 is a universal analog differential passive switch that can be used in any high-speed interface application. It uses an adaptive tracking technology to ensure that the channel remains constant over the entire common-mode voltage range. The device has excellent dynamic characteristics, enabling high-speed conversion with minimal signal eye pattern attenuation and minimal additional jitter.
