The MAX25512BATGA device is a four-channel white LED backlight driver with an integrated current-mode boost converter inside. It operates within a switching frequency range of 400kHz to 2.2MHz and employs spread spectrum technology. The user can choose to phase shift the output channel to further reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).


The MAX25512BATGA device can provide up to 120mA of current per channel and offer one control output for driving an external nMOS switch. After startup, it can operate at a voltage as low as 3V.


The MAX25512BATGA features an I2C interface, offering highly flexible control and diagnostic functions.


The MAX25512BATGA is packaged in a small-sized TQFN and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
