The ADS7052IRUGR 14-bit 1MSPS single-ended input small low-power SAR ADC is a pin-to-pin compatible high-speed device. The ADS7052 includes multiple resolution, throughput, and analog input models. The ADS7052 supports single-ended inputs from 0V to AVDD, with AVDD ranging from 1.65V to 3.6V. With internal offset voltage calibration, excellent offset voltage specifications are maintained throughout the AVDD and operating temperature range. The ADS7052 supports SPI-compatible serial interfaces controlled by CS and SCLK signals. The input signal of the device is sampled through the CS falling edge, while the SCLK is used for conversion and serial data output. The ADS7052 supports a wide digital power range (1.65V to 3.6V) for direct connection to a variety of host controllers. The ADS7052's nominal DVDD range (1.65V to 1.95V) complies with JESD8-7A.

The ADS7052 is available in an 8-pin compact X2QFN package and can operate over a wide industrial temperature range (-40 °C to +125°C). The device's compact size and extremely low power consumption make it ideal for space-constrained, battery-powered applications that require high-speed, high-resolution data acquisition.
