3. Acquisition Process

Product Classification and Information Organisation: Customers must categorise their excess 【Microchip】 discrete component inventory, clearly identifying key information such as product model, brand, production date, and quantity, to enable Mingjiada Electronics' assessment team to quickly and accurately understand the product details.

Submit an evaluation application: Send the organised inventory list to Mingjiada Electronics via fax or email.

Obtain a quote and negotiate: Wait for the procurement quote from Mingjiada's professionals. If the customer has no objections to the quote, both parties will engage in detailed negotiations regarding specific transaction methods, delivery times, payment methods, and other details, and reach a final agreement.

Delivery and acceptance: The customer will deliver the Microchip discrete device products to Mingjiada Electronics in accordance with the agreed delivery method.
