The BMA530 micro acceleration sensor from Bosch Sensortech is designed for compact devices such as wearable devices that require minimal components. Stylish and minimalist wearables offer little room for powerful components, however, this next-generation accelerometer with an advanced feature set is one of the smallest acceleration sensors in the world (1.2mm x 0.8mm x 0.55mm). It is designed for compact devices, such as wearables and toys, that require fewer sensor sizes, especially lower heights. The BMA530 includes integrated features such as step counters and universal interrupts for ease of use.
