The ASM330LHHTR is a system-level package with a 3D digital accelerometer and 3D digital gyroscope with an extended temperature range up to +105 °C for automotive applications in non-safety areas.
St's MEMS sensor module family uses robust and proven manufacturing processes and is already widely used in micromachined accelerometers and gyroscopes to meet the needs of the automotive and consumer markets. The ASM330LHH is AEC-Q100 compliant and is industrialised through a dedicated MEMS production process to meet automotive reliability standards. All components are thoroughly temperature tested to ensure the highest level of quality.
The sensing element is manufactured using ST's unique micro-machining process, and the IC interface is developed using CMOS technology, which can be used to design special circuits, and the performance of the sensing element can be better matched by modifying the circuit.
The ASM330LHH offers a wide range of full scale acceleration, including ±2/±4/±8/±16 g, and angular rate ranges of ±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000/±4000 dps for a variety of automotive applications.
