Description:

The L99MD02XPTR IC is a 6x half-bridge driver for automotive applications. The device is designed to drive DC motors. It can drive up to 3 DC motors simultaneously or up to 5 DC motors in sequence.


Features:

6 half-bridges

RON = typ.0.9Ω (HS), 0.64Ω (LS) at Tj = 25 °C

Current limit of 0.8A minimum per output

Internal PWM generation

PWM mode option for all half-bridges for current holding. Current

Two current monitoring outputs

SPI interface for data communication

Temperature warning

Over-temperature protection on all outputs

Short circuit protection on all outputs

VCC supply voltage 3.0 to 5.3 V

Very low current consumption in standby mode Typical value: 5 µA

Compliant with VS operating range: 6 - 18 V
