The 1EDI3028AS is an EiceDRIVER™ high-voltage gate driver IC launched by Infineon that meets automotive standards. It uses coreless transformer (CT) technology to provide 8 kV current insulation. The 1EDI3028AS provides a powerful output stage for high-power switches, with a peak current of up to 15A. The 1EDI3028AS features a separated output stage that enables different conversion rates during on and off periods, achieved through separate gate resistors and DESAT protection.
