AMC0236DR: Isolated ADC – ±1V Input with External Clock, Basic Isolated Precision Δ-Σ Modulator

Overview:

The AMC0236DR is an electrically isolated precision ΔΣ modulator featuring ±1V high-impedance inputs and an external clock. The high-impedance inputs are optimised for connection to high-impedance resistive dividers or other voltage sources with high output resistance.

The AMC0236DR's output bit stream is synchronised to the external clock. Combined with a sinc³ OSR 256 filter, the device achieves 14.8 effective-bit resolution or 89 dB dynamic range at a sampling rate of 39 kSPS.
