TRF371109IRGZR: RF Demodulator – 0.3GHz to 1.7GHz Wideband Integrated Direct Conversion Receiver

The TRF371109IRGZR is a high-linearity direct conversion quadrature receiver. The TRF371109IRGZR integrates balanced I and Q mixers, an LO buffer, and a phase splitter to directly convert RF signals into I and Q baseband signals. An on-chip programmable gain amplifier adjusts the output signal level without requiring external variable gain (attenuator) components. The TRF371109 incorporates a programmable baseband low-pass filter that attenuates adjacent interference, eliminating the need for external baseband filtering.
