The ADMV8913SCCZ-EP is a complete monolithic microwave integrated circuit with selectable digital operating frequencies. The device integrates a high-pass filter and a low-pass filter, enabling passband response in the 7 to 12 GHz frequency range.

The ADMV8913SCCZ-EP employs a flexible architecture that allows independent control of the 3 dB cutoff frequency (f3dB) for both the high-pass and low-pass filters. Each filter's digital logic control has a 4-bit width (16 states), adjusting f3dB by controlling on-chip reactive components. Typical insertion loss is 5 dB, with broadband suppression of 35 dB, making it ideal for minimising system harmonics.

This tunable filter can serve as a compact alternative to large switch filter banks and cavity-tuned filters, providing a dynamically adjustable solution for advanced communication applications.
