The R7FA4L1BD4CNE is a low power 2-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on a TrustZone® -enabled Arm® Cortex®-M33 (CM33) core, which achieves an ideal balance of low operating voltage, low power and high performance. The operating voltage of RA4L1 is as low as 1.6V, and the standby current is as low as 1.65µ A. It also features multiple low-power functions, allowing users to dynamically optimize power consumption/performance according to application requirements.
The R7FA4L1BD4CNE MCU features low power consumption, such as a segment code LCD display driver and an advanced security engine, as well as RTC, ADC and timer. This MCU integrates communication interfaces such as CAN FD, USB 2.0FS (no external crystal oscillator required), I2C/I3C, and low-power UART. Therefore, the R7FA4L1BD4CNE is highly suitable for industrial automation, home appliances, smart home, consumer goods, building/home automation, and medical/healthcare applications.
