The SOC can be used in battery-powered applications and other systems requiring high performance and low power consumption. The EFR32BG13 SOC is a single-chip solution with features such as high energy efficiency, ultra-fast wake up time, scalable power amplifier, integrated balance-unbalance converter, and performance-free MCU. The EFR32BG13 is the first fully Bluetooth 5.0 enabled SoC from Silicon Labs.
