Product Description

The STM32U375CGT6 device belongs to the ultra-low power microcontroller series (STM32U3 series). It is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core with a main frequency as high as 96 MHz.


The STM32U375CGT6 also incorporates speed memory (1MB flash memory and 256-Kbytes SRAM), an Octo/Quad-SPI flash memory interface, enhanced I/O, peripherals connected to three APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. This MCU integrates the protection mechanisms of embedded flash memory and SRAM.


Furthermore, The STM32U375CGT6 also offers two 12-bit ADCs (2.5Msps), two comparators, two operational amplifiers, two DAC channels, an internal voltage reference buffer, a low-power RTC, three general-purpose 32-bit timers, a 16-bit PWM timer dedicated to motor control, three general-purpose 16-bit timers, and two One basic 16-bit timer and up to four 16-bit low-power timers.


The STM32U375CGT6 also supports multiple standards and advanced communication interfaces, such as:
