Product Description

The M0L1227QRGERQ1 automotive microcontroller (MCU) belongs to the highly integrated ultra-low power 32-bit MSPM0 MCU series. It is based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit core platform and can operate at a maximum frequency of 32MHz. The M0L1227QRGERQ1 device features a VBAT backup island, an optional segmented LCD controller (on the MSPM0L222x), network security mechanisms, and high-performance integrated analog, and offers outstanding low-power performance across the entire operating temperature range.
