The M0G3505QDGS32RQ1 mixed-signal MCU (with CAN-FD interface) belongs to the highly integrated ultra-low power 32-bit MCU series of MSP. This microcontroller is based on the enhanced Arm® Cortex®-M0 + 32-bit core platform and operates at a frequency as high as 80MHz. The M0G3505QDGS32RQ1 features up to 32KB of embedded flash program memory (with built-in error correction code (ECC)) and up to 16KB of SRAM (with hardware parity check options).

This MCU provides intelligent digital peripherals, such as five general-purpose timers, 16-bit advanced control timers, two window watchdog timers, and an RTC with alarm and calendar modes. The M0G3505QDGS32RQ1 MCU features data integrity and encryption peripherals (AES, CRC and TRNG), as well as improved communication interfaces (four UArts, two I2C, two SPI and CAN 2.0/FD).
