The RTL8351M is a 24-port 10/100M and 4-port 10/100/1000M managed Ethernet MAC switch controller. It supports 3 pairs of 2.5Gbps XSMII and 1 pair of QSGMIII to connect to external 24-port fast Ethernet and 4-port Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceivers. The mode is a combination of 24 10/100BASE-T 4 10/100/1000BASE-T/SFP.

The RTL8351M is embedded with a MIPS-34Kc CPU with a frequency of up to 700MHz. It supports 32-bit data bus, 32MB SPI flash memory (3-byte mode) or 64MB SPI flash memory (4-byte mode), and 256M bytes DDR3 SDRAM (maximum). It also embeds a 96KB SRAM, which can be used for time-sensitive types.
