The STM32H735VGT6 device contains high-speed embedded memory, with 1M bytes of flash memory, up to 564 KB of RAM (including 192 KB that can be shared between ITCM and AXI, plus 64 KB of dedicated ITCM, plus 128 KB of dedicated AXI, 128 KB of DTCM, 48 KB of AHB, and 4 KB of backup RAM), as well as extensive enhanced I/O and peripheral devices connected to the APB bus, AHB bus 2x32 bit multi AHB bus matrix and multi-layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.
