The AD4003BRMZ is an 18-bit, 2 MSPS precision successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that is powered by a single power supply (VDD). The reference voltage VREF of AD4003BRMZ is provided externally and can be independent of the power supply voltage. With a fast device throughput of up to 2 MSPS, users can precisely capture high-frequency signals and implement oversampling techniques to overcome the challenges related to the design of anti-aliasing filters.
