Product Description

The AD4851BBCZ is a fully buffered, 4-channel synchronous sampling, 16-bit, 250kSPS data acquisition system (DAS) with differential and wide common-mode range input. The AD4851BBCZ is powered by a 5V low-voltage power supply and a flexible input buffer power supply. It uses a precise low-drift internal reference and reference buffer, allowing the SoftSpan range of each channel to be independently configured to match the application signal swing, thereby minimizing additional external signal conditioning.

To further maximize the dynamic range of single conversion, the AD4851BBCZ adopts seamless High Dynamic Range (SHDR) technology. After being enabled, the input signal path gain of the channel will be automatically optimized on a sample basis, thereby minimizing the converter noise on each sample without affecting the linearity.

Its main features include:

A complete 16-bit data acquisition system

Four internal buffer channels are sampled synchronously

The throughput of each channel is 250kSPS

Differential input with a wide common mode range

The typical input leakage at 25°C is ±75pA

The step establishment time for full-scale input is less than 300 ns

Integrated reference and reference buffer (4.096V)

Integrated power decoupling capacitor

At 250kSPS, each channel has 36mW, and the power scales with the throughput

There is very little external signal conditioning

Seamless high dynamic range

Automatic gain range for each sample and each channel

Maintain ppm level INL

Each channel's SoftSpan input range is either bipolar or unipolar
