The R7FA4L1BD4CFP is a low power MCU based on 80MHz Arm Cortex-M33 and supports TrustZone, segment code LCD controller and advanced security features. The operating voltage of R7FA4L1BD4CFP is as low as 1.6V, and the standby current is as low as 1.65µA.
