CY8C4126AZI-S445 - PSoC® 4 is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture that combines programmable, reconfigurable analog and digital modules with flexible auto-routing.The PSoC 4100S Plus is a member of the PSoC 4 platform architecture.PSoC 4100S Plus devices provide extensive support for programming, testing, debugging, and tracing of hardware and firmware.The PSoC 4100S Plus devices have flash modules with flash accelerators that are tightly coupled to the CPU to improve the mean time to access the flash block. The low-power Flash block is designed to provide two wait-state (WS) access times at 48 MHz. The Flash accelerator has an average single-cycle SRAM access performance of 85%.
