Product Description

The CC1312R1F3RGZ device is a multi-protocol Sub-1GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU). Supports IEEE 802.15.4g, ipv6-supported smart objects (6LoWPAN), MIOTY, Wi-SUN, and proprietary systems (including Sub-1GHz TI 15.4-Stack).


The main features of CC1312R1F3RGZ include:

Flexible radio below 1GHz, supporting industry-standard frequency bands (315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz, 900MHz, etc.), can meet industrial demands.

The SimpleLink™ CC13x2 and CC26x2 software development kits (SDKS), which include the complete SimpleLink™ 15.4-Stack (Sub-1GHz) solution, offer rich and flexible protocol stack support.

For Sub-1 GHZ, the maximum transmission power is +14dBm (current consumption is 24.9mA).

It features A low standby current of 0.85µA (full RAM hold), thereby extending the battery life of wireless applications.

Supports industrial temperature, with A minimum standby current of 11µA at 105°C.

Advanced detection is achieved through a programmable, autonomous ultra-low power sensor controller CPU with rapid wake-up function. For example, the sensor controller is capable of performing 1Hz ADC sampling at A system current of 1µA.

Low SER (Soft Error Rate) and FIT (time base failure) can extend the operating life and will not cause interference to the industrial market. The SRAM parity check function is always on to prevent damage caused by potential radiation events.

The software-controlled dedicated radio controller (Arm ® Cortex ®-M0) offers flexible low-power RF transceiver functionality, supporting multiple physical layers and RF standards.

Outstanding radio sensitivity (-121 DBM) and robustness (selectivity and blocking) performance, suitable for SimpleLink™ long-range mode.
