The EFM8LB12F32ES0-C-QUFN24R high performance 8-bit microcontroller belongs to the Laser Bee family. The CIP-51 8051 core operates at up to 72MHz with 32KB Flash and 4352 bytes of RAM, making it suitable for a wide range of embedded applications.

High-efficiency core: CIP-51 8051 core, operating at up to 72MHz, fully compatible with the standard 8051 instruction set.

Storage Capacity: 

32KB Flash, reprogrammable from firmware in 512-byte sectors.

4352 bytes of RAM, including 256 bytes of standard 8051 RAM and 4096 bytes of on-chip XRAM.

14-bit ADC supporting 900 ksps sampling rate.

Internal calibrated temperature sensor with ±3°C accuracy. 

Up to four 12-bit DACs with synchronisation and PWM support.
