The LPC55S14JBD64Y microcontroller (MCU) is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M33-based MCU designed for general-purpose embedded applications.The LPC55S14JBD64Y architecture, with its 150MHz frequency, provides a secure foundation for protecting valuable IP and isolating data through Trustzone® technology. This simplifies the design and software development of digital signal control systems by integrating digital signal processing (DSP) instructions. Compliance with these security requirements supports secure boot, HASH, AES, RSA, UUID, dynamic encryption and decryption, debug authentication, and TBSA compliance. Typical applications include industrial IoT, industrial automation, building control, security applications, diagnostic equipment, general embedded and consumer electronics.

The LPC55S14JBD64Y offers developers a number of advantages, including cost-effective 40nm NVM process technology and pin, software and peripheral compatibility. These MCUs feature the CASPER encryption engine, up to 256KB of on-chip flash memory, up to 96KB of on-chip SRAM, and the PRINCE module for dynamic flash encryption/decryption. In addition, the LPC551x/S1x MCUs include CAN FD, five general-purpose timers, a Sctimer/PWM, an RTC/Alarm Timer, a 24-bit Multi-Rate Timer (MRT), and Window Watchdog Timer (WWDT). These MCUs also include nine flexible serial communication peripherals (USART, SPI, high-speed SPI and I2C/I2S interfaces), programmable logic units (PLUs), 16-bit ADCs, comparators and temperature sensors.
