The LTM4611IV is a high density 15A output, switch mode DC/DC buck converter power supply that operates from a very low voltage input supply. With step-down switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and loop compensation components built into the package, the LTM4611IV is capable of efficiently supplying up to 15A of continuous current from an input of 1.5VIN to as high as 5.5VIN. The output voltage is set by a resistor from 0.8V to 5V. Only a few input and output capacitors are required.

The high switching frequency and a current mode architecture provide fast transient response to voltage and load changes without sacrificing stability. The device supports frequency synchronisation, multiphase/even-current operation, burst mode operation, and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing.

The LTM4611IV is available in a thermally enhanced 15mm x 15mm x 4.32mm LGA package.The LTM4611IV is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
