The K32L2B21VLH0AR microcontrollers (MCUs) feature a low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and a range of power-optimised integrated peripherals.The K32 L2 MCUs are available with Flash memory options from 64KB to 512KB and SRAM options from 32kB to 128kB. The devices also feature high-precision mixed-signal integration, including a high-resolution 16-bit ADC with single-pair and differential-pair input mode options and a DMA-enabled 12-bit DAC, which reduces the burden on the core and allows it to perform other important tasks.

The K32 L2 MCU family also comes with a range of low-power serial peripherals (supporting asynchronous operation in low-power modes), SPI interfaces, I2C, USB Full Speed 2.0 (with support for crystal-less operation), the NXP FlexIO module (with support for emulation of additional UARTs, SPIs, I2Cs, PWMs) and other serial modules. The device also integrates other features such as segmented LCD interfaces supporting up to 24x8 or 28x4 segments for different applications in the consumer, IoT and industrial sectors.
